By accessing Singularity Union infrastructure, cognitive engines, or digital interfaces, you agree to be bound by the following strict operational and legal parameters.
Strict Usage Parameters.
Access to Singularity Union systems—including the OrionHelix AI framework—is strictly licensed on a deployment basis, not sold.
Users and organizations are explicitly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying neural weights, operational algorithms, or source code of any deployed autonomous agent.
Proprietary Assets.
All algorithms, cognitive architectures, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and synthesized datasets generated by our native systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Singularity Union.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or framing of our digital material without explicit, cryptographically signed authorization constitutes a direct violation of this protocol.
Service Availability.
Certain technologies, including the OrionHelix AI Alpha, are provided in an active Research & Development (R&D) phase. While we engineer for deterministic reliability, these specific non-production environments are provided "as-is." We do not warrant uninterrupted operational uptime during pre-release staging.
Limitation of Liability.
Under no circumstances shall Singularity Union, its founders, engineers, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the deployment or utilization of our cognitive infrastructure. The organization assumes full responsibility for the governance of workflows executed by autonomous systems within their specific enterprise environments.
